The Business and Corporate section of the practice provides the vast majority of services needed by businesses including formation and start-up, operational matters, drafting and enforcement of contracts, non-compete agreements, and transactional needs.  The Estate and Probate practice covers all aspects from preparing simple wills to complex estate plans and estate administration services.  From a tax standpoint, we represent individuals before the IRS and provide tax planning services for various transactions.  The Real Estate practice provides services such as like-kind exchanges, builder-homeowner disputes, and drafting and enforcement of contracts.  The Intellectual Property practice focuses on registration of trademarks and service marks and protection against disclosure of confidential and proprietary information.  Finally, the Litigation practice provides support for the other practice areas as well as divorce, personal injury and wrongful death.
